.Smittcamp Family Honors College scholar Joshua Heupel is a double major in both agricultural business and political science. As a result, he was able to conduct research with CA Dept. of Pesticide Regulation and work as a congressional intern. He will be attending Princeton University for a master’s in public affairs.
