⚠️ SEVERE WEATHER OUTBREAK LIKELY 4 pm and midnight. Likely the most impactful Oklahoma weather event of 2023 so far. It will NOT just be 1 or 2 storms. Expect tornadoes, widespread damaging winds in the 80-100 mph range, and up to softball size hail. Fast movers west to east.

Thursday, June 15th: There is a risk of severe weather this evening, including the possibility of large hail, 80+ mph winds, and maybe a tornado. At the moment, timing looks to be 7-8 pm for the Moore area.

Today's Shop with a Cop event was another great example of how the Moore Police Dept. invests in our community. City of Moore

Our 13th annual Shop with a Cop is a wrap! 36 kids got a $300 shopping spree that began with a police escort from the Moore Police Department. Being able to walk alongside these kids as they selected Christmas gifts for not only themselves but also others is priceless.

Shop with a Cop is one of my favorite events of the year. We at the police department love making a positive impact on these kids. I mostly love the police car parade :)
