Sunday morning, I get a little more time to push b/c no work. Cold AF and rainy outside, so I had to do the treadmill. 1st 1/2 marathon in 2 months, getting my training dialed.

What i dont get is.. why is property tax relevant to the projected value of your home? Does the $5m mansion use more roads than a $500k house? More schools & police? So why isn't it just a flat rate?

Im w/Mayne on this one. Natty max since Halloween. Strict diet + lots of cardio (running 4-7 miles 5 days a week) + other activity (BJJ & weights for me). No magic 40 lbs down, feeling great.
