Remember when Labour still wanted to develop over the Slopes so Nicola Beech said that ‘outer Bristol’ already has enough green spaces so she ‘unapologetically’ wants to boost sites like castle park instead? Imagine saying a nationally rare SNCI isn’t working hard for nature 🤦🏻‍♀️

It was nice to run by the Western Slopes on my way home and see the blossoms blooming. Our banners are still there from when we fought the council to save this beloved community asset. Never underestimate people power ✊💚

There’s no excuse since the current Cllrs have spoken out against Marvin’s recent actions against Catherine withers so why can’t you start now and respond to me?

And yet Kerry is telling us we have to accept that the Meadows must be built over even though her government could commit to stopping it when elected. Kerry McCarthy it’s not too late to make that commitment to us. Labour will be controlling Homes England so they could save us

If you want to protect your Green Spaces don’t vote labour. If they didn’t lose their majority in 2021 the Western Slopes would be gone by now. Thanks to cross party collaboration with every party except labour we were able to overturn their disastrous plans and keep our SNCI💚
