COVID-19 Update In an effort to keep with the spirit of health official guidance, below is a breakdown of how Friends of Toto will be operating until further notice: 1.Boarding: We ask that you limit boarding stays to absolute need and that you make your reservations as far in

advance as possible. We are anticipating that human travel will be limited to absolute need. We are encouraging people to stay home with your pets while we work through this. If you do need to travel however, we will be available to board your dogs. Please just let us know

as much in the future as possible so we can staff accordingly. 2.Daycare: We’re asking that you please limit daycare for families that are working in essential industries only. While we will be operating, we’ll be operating with a limited staff so it’s important that we try to

cater to the dog owners that need to be at work first. Please understand that we hope this is only temporary. We know it’s important that dogs get exercise and hang out with their friends. Hopefully, we’ll be able to have everyone back soon. If you do need daycare services,

it is very important that you book in advance so that we can plan for the right number of staff. See below for more details. 3.Grooming: As of now, we are going to keep grooming operating as normal. We do ask though that you operate as per below. For all services: We must

insist that all services be pre-booked. You can pre-book via the on-line tool (friendsoftoto.propetware.com) or by calling us at 401-722-8686. If you’re not aware of your log on information for the online system, please email us at [email protected] and we will send you out

the information you need (please do not set up an account unless you’ve never been here before). Also, for your safety and the safety of our staff, we’re requesting that you limit physical interactions: •When dropping off a dog, we will greet you at the front door. We will

place one of our own slip leads on your dog and will ask you to remove your dog’s collars / harnesses / leashes / etc. When picking up a dog, we’ll reverse the procedure. •If you see someone in the store, please wait outside until they leave before coming in. We’re hoping to

meet everyone outside so no one has to touch any door handles / etc., but just in case more than one person shows up at a time, please practice social distancing. •We also ask that you add a card on file to the online system. To do so: Open the “My Account” menu option to

the left of the screen after you log on. Select “Payment Info” and “Add New Card.” After we return your dog to you, we will charge the card on file and will email you a receipt.
