#sbuITL5633 Hello, here is an image for digital citizenship I felt would go great in any classroom. I am a visual learner so I wanted to share a graphic about this topic. #sbuITL5633 21st Century Learning. The thing that comes to my mind is adaptability and creativity. Technology is constantly changing; teachers and students all need to be able to adapt to the changes and creatively problem solve in the 21st century.

#sbuITL5633 Hello all! This is Christina Martinez and I am currently a SAHM and SBU student! I will be looking for my first teaching job after I earn this degree and I am excited to learn with you all.

#sbuITL5633 Tom Daccord makes many great points about technology in school today. It is easy to focus on the negative, but the ITPD plan will help me improve the ways I want to use technology in the classroom. Collaboration is key for students and teachers, too!

#sbuITL5633 The YouTube video, "Did You Know," makes me wonder what it will be like in another five years. How are we preparing students for jobs that don't exist yet? I think we're helping them develop 21st century skills and they will ultimately create the future as they see it

#sbuITL5633 TPACK, SAMR, Webb's DOK, Bloom's Taxonomy, and even art criticism all seem to follow a similar pattern and process. The main focus is to keep improving our learning and work up a ladder of knowledge to transform ourselves!

#sbuITL5633 the final project helped me better understand the TIP, SAMR and TPACK models for lesson planning. Through the assignments at SBU, I feel like I have been practicing this approach to learning and feel more confident with technology in the classroom.

#SBUITL5733 Blended Learning: I love the idea of a flipped classroom. I feel like no matter how you are learning, online or in-person, a flipped classroom lends itself to saving time, creating more connections during class/meeting time, and student-centered learning.

#SBUITL5733 I am always looking for more ways to add technology in the art classroom. What tech tools are your go-to in the art room? Have you use VR in your classroom? What types of digital arts are most important to your students? #arteducation #middleschoolart #artteacher #art

#SBUITL5733 As I look for inspiration, I find this! I would love to do this with my art students as they could illustrate a book and use technology to write a story, collaborate, and inspire a love of reading in their younger peers. techlearning.com/news/this-awar…

#SBUITL5733 I really love this article about classroom management in the art classroom. This is also just a great website for art teachers, in general. theartofeducation.edu/2017/03/10/5-c…

#SBUITL5733 I think it is important to seek out PD from a variety of sources. I recently attended a PD meeting with Tech&Learning online, a Kahoot! EDU PD meet up and a research study, and use social media to find opportunities consistently. You never know what you'll find!
