Parang may internal problems that's bugging PLDT Cares. Issues of reconnection were not properly and hastily addressed. We lost connection since typhoon Tino, and until now, no remedy. Pangako lang ng escalation pero hanggang pangako lang. Walang pumupunta to repair.

So, pagkatapos ng katakot-takot na follow up sa PLDT Cares, wala pa rin at nasa pangalawang buwan na na hindi na-reconnect ang linya namin. Ang galing. Take note PLDT Cares, putulin nyo na ang linya kung mapuputol nyo. I'm not paying my due date for January. Salamat.
