Billy hood has been wrongly denied of his freedom and had a sentence of 25 years reduced to 10 years for accidental possession of CBD oil. The CBD oil has now been legalised and still he has to serve 10 years.

Billy's charges have been changed from drug trafficking, promotion and selling to UNINTENTIONAL POSSESSION. This clearly states he was not aware of the oil and therefore he is INNOCENT
