The world would be a better place if ads targeted on personal information was made entirely illegal. Placing ads based on context and intent is a perfectly fine substitute, and comes with none of the privacy abuse.

Badly designed physical controls in cars can be as bad as a touchscreen, but touchscreens are bad for a different reason. No tactile feedback, nothing to hold on to, gotta use your eyes to manipulate. All are game stoppers in a moving vehicle.
