We don’t need our teachers to be the most talented, the most innovative, or the most tech savvy. We need them to care about kids… work well with their colleagues… and come to work every day, excited about making a difference.

Students usually have a better attitude about the class when they think their teacher likes them. When students feel valued and respected, things run much smoother. And creating a positive class climate is actually not that complicated.
