The third Framlingham Gala Fest Team Duathlon is on Saturday 23 May. The race is done in teams of 3 people with each team member taking on one section of the race. It is a fun and friendly event, all abilities welcome and is suitable for ages 10+ #suffolkhour #suffolkhour

We are delighted to welcome competitors of all abilities and ages to our Team Duathlon. We have several prize categories, including family, female, male, mixed and the NEW company team, so you don’t need to be the fastest the win! The main thing is we want you to have fun!

Our Live Music Night is back again in 2020! An afternoon and evening of live rock, pop and country classics. To complete the day there will be food and drink, stalls, and activities for the children including craft tent. Music starts at 1pm, building up to the main acts from 5pm.

DID YOU KNOW... Framlingham Gala / Gala Fest has been an attraction in Framlingham for OVER 100 YEARS! With so many local people getting involved every year it really highlights the fantastic community spirit of our town.

On Saturday 7th March we will have a stall at Framlingham Market which will have a display of fantastic photos. Pop along to relive old memories or see if you can spot yourself in any of the photos - If you are new to the area come along and find out what the event is all about!
