Still have my doubts if the meeting will happen and most likely it will be a photo-op, not a substantive discussion. Again, we come back to the gap between broad brush announcements versus nitty-gritty boring work of the fine print details.

Reminder: whether the Japan/ EU trade deals, Armenia-Azerbaijan deal, etc. what we have are framework agreements, not finalized treaties. The small print needs to be filled in and relevant ratifications obtained. But media reporting gives the impression that these are finalized.
