Attention FPCHS Athletes Do these FIVE things DAILY for INJURY PREVENTION 1. Sleep 7-9 hours 2. Drink 100 oz fluid 3. Eat protein & carbs at breakfast/lunch/dinner 4. Consume 3-4 balanced meals + 2-3 snacks around training & events 5. Avoid energy drinks, vaping & alcohol!
