Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Deputy Terrance Chester kidnapped and repeatedly punched the mother of his child in the head and face, dragged her and pulled her hair, an arrest form says. He’s been arrested for armed kidnapping and domestic battery and is in Broward jail. WSVN 7 News #1stOn7
