I’m afraid that our systems are still not up and running. We will keep you informed as soon as we have an update.

This is what has been affecting us - and still is affecting us this week! Glad it hasn’t downed our phone lines but the impact has been dreadful and the catchup for the clerks will be hard work too. Thanks to everyone helping us get through.

Unfortunately this remains true as we start this week.

And yet again we are sad to report. Really disappointed by the lack of information we are being given about when we can expect to be back up and running which means we are struggling to update our colleagues and clients.

As we start this week we at least now have emails up and running. Still No access to our own case management system and temporarily unable to access DCS. Thanks again for the patience and help of our clients.
