Please remember that hiding is not the answer. Speaking up will make the process of grief a whole lot quicker.

Grief is not a subject acknowledged in our society. Our role at the Blues Foundation is to have individuals recognize that grief as a crucial social issue.

Grieving will help morph you into a stronger person, emotionally and spiritually.
