Colour-ringed Turnstone at Boulmer Northumberland on 19 May - ringed in the Netherlands in Aug 2021 and seen there the following winter too, then part of the spring passage along our coast Northumberland & Tyneside Bird Club
This week, 3 more ringed plover chicks successfully fledged from our nest protection site at Beadnell! Huge thank you to our amazing Coast Care North chick watch volunteers, and to members of the public for giving these birds the space they need to raise their young #nestprotection
