So proud to co-counsel with Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press @katie_rcfp and Adam A. Marshall representing The Trace and @MissRyley in the #FOIL case that led the NYPD to disclose raw, incident-level data on **all homicides and non-fatal shootings from 2005 to the present**, now publicly available:

This is one of those #FOIA gems I'll post, and let you all decide what to do with it. This is a classified SECRET e-mail from General Martin Dempsey about anti-Islamic right wing activist "Pastor" Terry Jones. Came up as a result of a FIVE YEAR search for #Benghazi files: 🤣

Today’s Republican witness Jonathan Turley opposes impeaching Trump, yet he supported impeaching Bill Clinton in 1998. Here’s what he told Congress back then: ā€œIf you decide that certain acts do not rise to impeachable offenses, you will expand the space for executive conduct.ā€

That dog don’t hunt. Donald J. Trump has a lot to answer for. This is not one of them. Pretty standard and reasonable. Likely down room/CP for agents working there. Seem like a lot but not really in the scheme of things. Given the location a lot cheaper than the alternative.
