Our Spark Studio, rooted in Montessori, is designed for ages 3–7 to build independence, responsibility & emotional awareness. Mornings = hands-on work. Afternoons = Spark Play. Because when the environment is ready, and the adult steps back… The child steps forward.

Who am I? What's my purpose? Our MS Eagles explored these big questions in the past 2 weeks & shared their reflections with Hero Boards at the exhibition of learning. We believe learning isn't just about what you know. It's about who you're becoming.

At Flourish, leadership isn't about having the answers; it's about asking the right questions. Our MS Studio Eagles lead Socratic Discussions for ES peers, practising presence, preparation, and humility. In guiding others, they grow into thoughtful, confident leaders.

🌱 Gardening is a part of our studio's rhythm, where Eagles care for plants, observe growth, and learn responsibility along the way. It's simple, hands-on work…with plenty of quiet lessons in focus, patience, and pride.

When young people are trusted and challenged, they don't wait to be taught; they seek, explore, and discover together. We believe our role isn't to fill minds, but to fan the spark of curiosity. Real learning comes from ownership, wonder, and community. ✨

At Flourish, Town Hall meetings are how learners learn to lead together. Run by Eagles, these weekly circles are for real issues, honest discussion, and shared decisions. It's not about winning arguments, it's about listening, owning, and growing as a tribe.

From rolling mats to food prep, the past few weeks in Spark have been full of wonder and joy 💫 Our Eagles are settling into studio rhythms, learning to care for their space, friends, and selves. Each day in Spark is designed to honour their natural curiosity and creativity.

Our MS Eagles have Office Hour Sessions with a guide which serve as a quiet check-in to reflect, prioritise & map out their goals. It's a simple but powerful habit that builds ownership, time management, & the mindset to work smarter, not just harder.

What if school wasn't about tests, but about sharing your journey? At Flourish, Exhibitions of Learning are where Eagles present their work, reflect on challenges, & speak with purpose. Because when learners own their work and choices, they don't just learn, they become.

In Spark, our Eagles have been exploring space in hands-on, wonder-filled ways! They discovered that a fortnight is 14 days, tracked moon phases, mapped the solar system & learned how constellations once guided sailors. Big questions, curious minds & lots of learning!

Breaks that build ✨ Our 6-week learning cycles are followed by intentional breaks, because brains (and hearts) need downtime to grow. Rest isn't a break from learning. It's part of it. #AlternativeEducation #FlourishPune

What does it take to design a school from scratch? 📐 Our Eagles are finding out in this session's Architecture Quest, stepping into the shoes of young architects, facing real-world dilemmas, and learning to defend their ideas through design, trade-offs, and teamwork.

Learning isn't one-size-fits-all, & growth doesn't follow a calendar. In mixed-age studios, Eagles learn by doing, failing, helping & leading. Older learners mentor. Younger ones rise. It's not about keeping pace, it's about growing at your own.

From idea to form: sculpting furniture with clay! 🪑 This session, our Eagles are exploring clay as a medium for design & expression. Their first challenge? Crafting miniature furniture. Art at Flourish is messy, focused, joyful work that builds skill & confidence.
