Came across this hydro turbine in a remote glen yesterday. Built to extract and sell energy from water flowing over the land. Unlike most wind turbines few of these contribute to a local community wealth fund. Food for thought.

Janice Parker is a dance artist/choreographer & works collaboratively with ppl,place and context. Her work explores a deep connection between land & body aiming to expand our human capacity for expressive movement as a language. She will create one solo work per day by the canal.
