—; I spent last night and today watching all the cutscenes to Final Fantasy X. I still don’t see what all the hype is about, but I have to admit that the story is better than what I previously gave it credit for.

—; Note how I specifically mentioned the story? Though it’s true that there’s a lot of merit in playing the games yourself for immersions sake, the story is still mostly told through dialogue and cutscenes, that’s what I looked at. And what I stand still stays. I find it —

— to see why people hold its story so highly, when the actual thing is underwhelming in comparison to all the praise it receives. Not bad, mind you, I still enjoyed it a lot, but definitely underwhelming.

—; On that note, XIII and XV aren’t as bad as most would like to make them out to be. Ah well, personal preferences will always exist; nothing wrong with that.
