Parents: if you have a child playing their last year of HS, ENJOY the ride! Soak in every moment! There will never be another time like it ever! If they are blessed to play in college, it will be a lot of fun, but not like HS. These are the best times so enjoy & relish in them!

1. Be Loyal. Loyalty is one of the most important traits in an assistant coach. You gain respect by loyalty. It is possible to improve and push to be a head coach without undermining others. Loyalty can be a defining factor in the success of a coach.
