Never settle for someone who loves to play mind games. Cut them off quickly, because they don't bring clarity or value, they only create uncertainty and confusion, and your life is too important to waste on people who thrive on manipulation.

Don’t take advice on winning from people who aren’t winning. Which is most people.

You either control your imagination or your imagination controls you. If you let it loose, it can cause constant stress and anxiety.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but niceness and tolerance are not virtues. Courage and wisdom are.
