Your health is non-negotiable Your workouts are as important as client meetings. That email can wait till the morning after a good night's rest. Take a few extra minutes to prep a health meal instead of fast food.

Busy times ahead. Remember to keep your workouts short and efficient. Stay off your phone in the gym! I promise you'll find the time to workout if you don't look at your phone. Most importantly, don't skip workouts. Maybe shorten them, but don't cut them out entirely.

Us coaches have to commit to our workouts too. It's not always easy for us to get our workouts in. It takes discipline and a commitment to living healthier.

Progress is not linear in terms of building strength. Don't expect to increase the weight being moved every day you go to the gym. Don't get discouraged. Progress is slow, especially when you're doing it right. Be patient and trust the process.
