I ❤️ boxing as a form of fitness, not going to enter the boxing ring though. I ❤️ sprinting as a form of exercise, not going to compete in the 100 meters. I ❤️ lifting weights, never going to be a competing weightlifter. It's all about enjoyment, feeling good, and good habits.

Ever tried #Plyometric exercises? They usually involve jumping, bounding, and hopping movements, with the goal of rapidly stretching and contracting the muscles to improve the stretch-shortening cycle and increase muscle power. They're hard work at first, but get great #Results.

Kettlebells are so versatile hey Matt. My favourite Kettlebell exercise is Kettlebell up's (10kg), great for grip strength for all the golf I play, while also helping other parts of the body as well. What's your favourite mate? Matt Peale

Gamers watch those forward placed shoulders. This type of posture can be caused by prolonged sitting. poor posture can lead to discomfort and even pain in the neck, back, shoulders and lots of headaches. Push ups, Rowing, Face pulls, Overhead lifts all help, as does moving more.

If you put the right amount of training in for the race, you won't have to worry about crossing the finishing line, it will almost certainly happen. Same for your health, if you put the right amount of time into movement, nutrition, sleep, and mindset. Your health will improve!!

Walked my dog in the rain yesterday afternoon, got absolutely saturated, it was super refreshing though, and something I would have done as a kid. Felt really good!! Suprisingly my dog loved it too!!
