Been teasing my mom and asking her if she has been sweating to the oldies with Richard Simmons while doing physical therapy 😂( she has 3 hours of PT & OT a day at rehab )

Maria & I have to go to mom's rehab place tomorrow for a 2 hour ' family involvement ' session . 1 hour PT and 1 hour OT ( I reckon to show us things to do at home to help keep her active etc... ) All in all she is doing pretty good, and she is liking it.

They wanted to address any concerns we had and if there was anything we wanted them to work more on before she got to come home. Also to show us what mom can do. She will get PT & OT at home plus nurse visits.
