I have a ticket to travel on the 20 of August from Penrith to London - just learnt you are going on strike can I use the ticket for the 21st instead

waited in all day for a delivery, no one contacted me to say the items would not be delivered, only found out when I sent a message by Facebook. This is twice in a week you have let me down
