healing is so hard. it takes time and energy and never goes quite how you expect. but it’s happening. you are getting a little further away from the bad days every moment. you’re doing so well.

When facing hard time with people, I will force myself to list down at least 10 good things about them. Then, my resentment will slowly fade away. We all struggle to be nice to people. But life’s full of unfortunate events that sometimes frame us/them into the complete opposite.
