We are facing our 3rd lockdown in parts of Canada. It sucks, could have been prevented, but here we are. How can we make sure this is the last time this happens? With vaccines and summer weather coming, we have a golden opportunity to eliminate Covid completely...

We should adopt common sense measures used by Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Australia etc. to hammer case numbers down. Life in these places is mostly normal, with brief lockdowns whenever an outbreak happens. Schools are safe, businesses are thriving, and no one is dying

Essential workplaces should be permitted to open only if they meet the following health & safety standards: 1. All workers offered the vaccine and given paid time off to receive it 2. Paid sick time for #COVID symptoms, not just diagnosis 3. Onsite daily rapid testing

The many hot takes on here that the complications from J&J are so rare we shouldn’t have paused it’s use are persuasive at face value. The pandemic IS still raging. We NEED shots in arms. And the risk is SO low! This is all true. But that argument is missing something critical.

We need the federal government to ban flights from hot spot countries immediately! We must move quickly to stop new variants from entering 🇨🇦. We must secure our borders! #cdnpoli #onpoli

Going on a surfing vacation on Canada's 1st #NationalDayforTruthandReconciliation is so heartless and dismissive, it's stunning. Is there no one around the PM that has any awareness? #cdnpoli

So what will the Ontario government say about #OnStorm? The storm is mild! The amount of snow doesn’t matter! Accidents are happening “with” snow, not “from” snow! We've got lots of tow trucks but no drivers! If you’re young, healthy & can afford shovels, then don't worry. 🌨️❄️
