Eagles' Nest Wines focus on shiraz is justified. #constantiareds from a 12ha property, 4.5 are shiraz - & there are 26 vineyard blocks to play with. Original plan was for a Rhône blend & Bdx blend only. Once shiraz was first made, it was so good it was bottled solo.
