I continue to be saddened by the changing world we live in and where we maybe heading. So have written "Epitaph to Humanity". Maybe we will all wake up and this is a collective nightmare but I know we won't. I only hope we will all shake ourselves out of this dystopian nightmare.

Films Awards should not be pay to enter with hefty fees, or for profit organisations running Film Awards where attending costs too much, and the lack of transparency to to selection/judging. Awards must be open to all and based on merit. biturl.top/mmuINn

Drawing from living in Malaysia, I reflect on how Māori values—such as manaakitanga (care), whanaungatanga (kinship), kaitiakitanga (guardianship), rangatiratanga (leadership), and wairuatanga (spiritual balance)—offer a path to peace in a divided world. biturl.top/mmuINn

On Chinese New Year’s Eve, I finally pause. After 20+ years in the cultural and impact space, this feels like a long-awaited turning—reclaiming my own direction. Still here with Doc Edge. Still here for the work. But a new approach begins.

In the digital age the first narrative travels faster than truth. A post today about Beirut prompted me to pause and research more deeply. Some reflections on verification, storytelling, and our responsibility as kaitiaki of information. linkedin.com/pulse/war-trut… via LinkedIn

Doc Edge's announcement of the first titles of the 2026 Program. Doc Edge 2026 saw the largest number of films ever submitted entrenching its position as the leading Asia Pacific documentary festival. Well done & thanks to the screening committee.👏 auckland.scoop.co.nz/2026/04/from-i…
