That a shopper could use to check. I have some frozen foods that as far as I can see are real foods. But sometimes ingredients set me back. Citric acid, that sounds benign and real. I'm pretty sure lactic acid is ok, but not certain. I can't google each ingredient. I need help.

Just a note that For Beginners® has not paid my royalty checks in years. I did get two letters that said they contained royalty checks, but did not. I have not been able to contact them to resolve this. Any fellow For Beginners authors on here?
