Cut-offs for normal/abnormal stress MBF and MBF reserve are still being studied. If the following test had used N-13 Ammonia or Rubidium-82, we might think MBFR is normal in the RCA and LCX territories. This may not be true for F-18 Flurpiridaz. More to come! asnc #ThinkPET

Good old pearls for everyday practice. F-18 Flurpiridaz is quite sensitive to registration misalignment. Always check for misregistration, particularly when you are tempted to call a diagonal territory defect like this. ASNC Society #ThinkPET
