I have just been told the £2,350 we raised for Action Cancer will go towards the following: 29 breast screenings. 58 cancer counselling sessions, available to children as young as 5. 67 Complementary cancer therapy sessions and 156 Body Composition analysis appointments. Wow!

Back out rock climbing/ abseiling today with Iain Miller and it felt great! There really is no better way to make you feel alive than to hang off a rock and not fully trust the rope. You're 20% sure you're going to die, 80% sure you're having a great time!❤ FightingFit4Ewings

I had my first ever indoor climbing session the other day. Most people start climbing indoors and progress to the outdoors. I did it back to front 😂 We are in training for an upcoming sea stack challenge. 😱💓 FightingFit4Ewings
