FiFi is done with surgery. She has a long 8 week road to recovery. After 8 weeks she will need to go back to get her external fixture removed. She still needs bandage changes on her lower paw frequently. We are grateful and happy to have her home with us. 💕

Fifi is resting at home. She is on pain medications and antibiotics. It is important but very difficult she rests her leg and paw as much as possible so she heals. Send your positive thoughts and prayers to our girl. ❤️‍🩹

“Resting on my new dog couch.” Fifi’s Recovery progress update: Paw wound is 50% healed. Surgeons said this would heal before the broken arm. Though would involve many bandage wrapping changes and vet visits. Making a lot of progress. Broken leg has at least 4 more weeks.
