What better way to start off the school year than with awesome inservice days and Kona Ice. These past 2 days have been filled with lots of learning and fun! I’m so glad to be a Smyrna Primary Husky! #HuskyExcellence

So proud of the student work display and the giraffes they made. Last week we read “Giraffes Can’t Dance.” From the story we learned there are plenty of things we CAN do and some things we can’t....YET As long as we try hard and never give up, we can accomplish anything!

Yesterday the students participated in a mystery. Students became detectives to solve the Case of the Missing Letter! We had stations involving short vowel words to crack the case. We ended the day finding out that Chef Madison stole the letter D and left Donuts for us to eat!

Fun Run Vibes! 💙🧡 Apex Fun Run was a blast today. Watching the smiling faces of students as they completed laps was amazing. Thanks to all who supported our fundraiser. #HuskyExcellence

Reading in the Schools day was a hit! Thank you to everyone who came and read to our class last Friday. The kids loved it. The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go. ~Dr. Seuss #huskyexcellence
