This #TrooperTuesday, we welcome one of our newest members to the Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary ranks. Formerly a Sumter County Deputy Sheriff, this Trooper has chosen to continue serving the community in a new way, volunteering his time and experience with Troop C.

Auxiliary Trooper Snelling of Troop F has been named FHPA Officer of the 4th Quarter 2025. He volunteered for 22 of 24 range days during transition training, helping achieve a 100% qualification rate. Logging 200+ training hours and the highest patrol hours of the quarter.

Multiple reports of racing on I-4, the Turnpike, and SR-429 brought FHP resources into action these past weekends. Auxiliary Major Coffman responded in Seminole County as part of the coordinated enforcement effort that resulted in one arrest.
