Kudos to Nadiya Jamir Hussain for highlighting the difficulties faced by those living with anxiety on #NadiyaAnxietyAndMe, particularly for talking so openly about her fears for her children - these are so common but so rarely addressed. Flourishing Families Clinic are working to change this.

A great, evidence-based method to promote protective factors for child wellbeing. Here at Flourishing Families Clinic we believe it is so important to see initiatives that aim to improve the understanding of issues parents face when they have a mental illness.

Half way through the Flourishing Families Clinic SPFT parenting workshops. The response has been amazing and the groups are fantastic. Take away: Yes, it's hard juggling work and being a parent. That means spaces where patents can be open, can share and can learn are invaluable. SPFT Staff Health & Wellbeing
