This is how the teams look this weekend 🏏 The First XI host Beverley Town 3s today and the Second XI travel to Walkington tomorrow. Should see a fair bit of sun today, club bar open from 1pm 🍻

NFCC at teas. A good first half for the lads, finishing on 261-3. Top innings from Scotty (111*) and John (74) getting us off to a great start with a 172 partnership. Only half a job done though and a long way to go, but time to enjoy teas made by Ben (mainly his family).

The First XI came out on top against Beverley thanks to club record opening stand of 172 between Scott Watkin and John Wyndham 🤩 The Second XI fell just short away to Walkington with the hosts chasing us down in the penultimate over. What a weekend of cricket 😍

The First XI win at home against Brandesburton thanks to a 123 partnership between the Astill brothers and a lovely Michelle from Mr Hodson 🤌🏼 Our Seconds were just edged out by Kirk Ella in what ended up being a tight ending with the hosts chasing our 154 in 35 overs 🏏

Just the one game this weekend with the First XI making the trip to Newport CC. Go well lads 🏏

The First XI make it back to back W’s with a brilliant performance against Newport on Saturday 🏏 Not a bad day at the office for Mr Hodson 😎

A weekend of home games at Grange Lane 🤌🏼 The First XI host Sutton on Saturday and the Second XI welcome Patrington to Grange Lane on Sunday 🏏 Both games are a 1300 start with the bar open on both days 🍻

The First XI overcame Sutton on Saturday. A couple of great knocks from Jack and Freddie helped us reach 193 after a mini collapse. The bowlers then came out all guns blazing keeping Sutton to 120 💪🏼 Unfortunately the twos was abandoned due to weather 🌧️
