Honestly I think we emphasize flashy defi things that give you fancy high interest rates way too much. Interest rates significantly higher than what you can get in traditional finance are inherently either temporary arbitrage opportunities or come with unstated risks attached.

I guess all those people that unfriended me after I said I hate DeFi won't get to read my suggestions about how to improve DeFi. Fitting really.

@peterhowitt That's not true. At quick glance (have not done full review) MiCA seems to strike reasonable balances. Blockchain companies will keep advocating that they be subject to essentially 0 accountability. That's never going to fly b/c law exists to allocate negative externalities.
