Contest Rules: 1. Who Can Participate? •Any singer or band from any country, real or, living •Must have at least one officially released song. 2. Country Representation: •Each country can be represented by one artist.

3. Song Choice Rules: •The artist must perform a different song than their ESC one(if they competed,but the NF one is possible) •Songs can be original, a deep cut, unreleased •Songs can be in any language.

4. Fan Conduct: •Be respectful — no hate, spam, or toxic behavior. •Campaigning is encouraged, but don’t harass others.
