Turning 38 has been a big one, esp after this year. Big takeaways: 1) you have to go for it; fear is way nastier than reality and you can ALWAYS find a solution. 2) set boundaries for yourself and others - life changing

there should be a post-pandemic full service doctor where you just lie down for a three hour appointment and five people swarm around and fix you like a race car
