First trail run with my 6 year old- 2 miles through boyette scrub.

Gary Woodland has played 8 US for a combined +74 (3 of those he only played 2 rounds so it could have been much worse.). This year, -11 and in the lead heading into Sunday. Wow!

This amazing crew from VetCor of Sarasota-Manatee is loaded up and hitting the road for a two-week trip to Houston, Texas to help this affected by water losses after the winter storms. It’s no surprise that a group of veterans and active military would answer the call to help.

Tomorrow morning my daughter Selah will have surgery at St. Jude Children’s Hospital to remove a tumor on her kidney: Relapse. It’s a terrifying word but thank God for St Jude and thank you to everyone that donates and supports them.

My first 50k is in the books. It wasn't exactly pretty but I started strong and finished strong. The middle was pure perseverance.

I got back last night from my run through Ocala National Forest. It was very beautiful and very tough- very mentally challenging. I'll write about it when I have the chance.
