Our rising seniors recently completed their well-designed summer orientation. Students met with representatives from Boston College & Northwestern University & met with their assigned volunteer Senior Advisors. We look forward to an exciting year ahead with our seniors.

FCE was recently invited to a luncheon with the Kiwanis Club of Palo Alto. Program Manager, Whitney La, along with our 2024 Jim Phillips Memorial Award Recipients and College Success students, Leyla Rivera and Betsabe Acosta, provided an excellent overview of our programs.

FCE was thrilled to be invited to a Career Day at Salesforce, hosted by our very own board member, Devin Gaines. Our students enjoyed a tour of Salesforce's workspace, a visit to Salesforce Park, & a career panel. Thank you, Salesforce, & Devin, for this opportunity!

Our rising 11th graders participated in their summer orientation. Students worked on figuring out their schedules, expectations & commitments, team building activities, & getting a head start on holistic application & admission processes. They're prepared to take on junior year!

FCE students attended the inaugural Golden State Warriors Career Day. They participated in different professional development experiences, gained insight into the behind-the-scenes work, & talked to people from different departments. A huge thank you to the Warriors Foundation!
