I have a rule; that if doing something creates a slight niggle in the back of my mind, it is probably wrong. I can probably rationalise it later as 'OK' and 'technically within rules' but I know when someone is wanting something and it causes a niggle; it's a NO from me.

When Alexa has an hourly reminder set up for the next 4 hours to 'stir the curry' you just know it is gonna be a good one and will provide every meal for 3 days.

If you ever contemplate moving in with an ageing parent in law, try to choose one who knows he is 89 and does not still think he is 39. You will thank me for this. It will avoid trips to A&E (for you) and many, many car & house repairs.

I suspect there are alot of Black cops and bright middle managers thinking the same, but who are too scared to tell thr Chief the truth. And don't forget the 2 years of build up to the RAP (now 4 years and 4 months old).

Does anyone at HMRC ever chase down the people entering company liquidations, owing HMRC shed loads of £££, not to mrntion prensions and other creditors, then starting up the same business the very next day?

Found a crate of books in the garage which just about sums me up, worth about £4 for the lot on one of the book scanning sites. Guess they will have to come out for a re-read then.
