Hello - we have some news about some future business disruptions. As some may know I will be heading in for surgery on Friday Jan 27th which is going to leave us short handed for a while and change a few things here at the smokehouse while I recover. First change is this

Tuesday Jan 24 we will NOT be open for lunch as I am away for a pre op. appoint - BUT we will be open for supper . Second - Next Sunday Jan 29th there is a private event being held in which we will be closed here at the smokehouse Third - Until I am fit enough to proceed

with work we will be closing ALL Sundays and Mondays for at least 2-3 weeks at minimum. Please be patient with us as some staff will have added duties and learning new skills as we go forward over the next few weeks. That being said I want to thank my staff for stepping

up learning new skills, working different hours, challenging themselves to make this place preform the same way without missing a step. This means the world to me and each of you deserve recognition but I am going to single out a couple for making the most adjustments -

Stephanie, Sara, and of course my wife I know the next few weeks won’t be easy but I am at ease knowing you will be there making sure each item is top notch - and special added thanks to my wife who is going to have to look after a this man child when I come home ! Thank you
