Another example of excellent (or lack of it) customer experience by Amazon. I guess this is not what Jeff Bezos had in mind when building Amazon.

Had a disappointing call with Ring UK CS. My device which I have an annual subscription has stopped working. All they had to say is buy a new one; this one is out of warranty. Come on guys take pride in your products and improve your CS. Not buying another product again.
