In summary, cloud seeding missions did not cause the April 16, 2024  storm in UAE and it is also not the main reason for the heavy rain or the flood, however it may have contributed to increase the rain volume by 5 - 7%.

It is important to mention that this has not much to do if UAE administrated cloud seeding missions on April 16 or not, as these residual silver iodide particles were already loaded in the atmosphere from  previous cloud seeding missions.

uplifting a large number of residual silver iodide particles already existed in the atmosphere and were able to reach some clouds where they acted as cloud seeding particles thereby increased the amount of rain during the storm.

The number of residual particles will directly increase with the number of cloud seeding missions. What could happen during April 16, 2024 is the warm air arriving from the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea was rising up due to its low density, meanwhile it was

will fall into the ground or water bodies while many others will "remain" in the atmosphere as aerosols. I call those particles "residuals of cloud seeding missions". One gram of silver iodide dispersed in the atmosphere contains about 10^14 silver iodide particles

I have a theory that the residual cloud seeding particles in the atmosphere could have played a role in increasing the amount of rain and probably the size of water droplets during the storm.
