As previous winners of #IngredientsForSuccess in 2021, Nancy Harris and Tracey Greene know firsthand the powerful impact our initiative has on Black-owned small businesses. This is one of the reasons they helped judge the program in 2022 and are paying it forward again this year.

Meet Steve Canal, a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded numerous ventures including Flourysh, ONE Venture group, and Saint Miles. He’s also been a judge of the #IngredientsForSuccess initiative since 2021, which is why we were excited to have him back to judge again for 2023.

Dr. Grant Warner, Ph.D. & Director of the Center For Black Entrepreneurship, has dedicated his career to connecting Black entrepreneurs with corporate leaders and resources they need to succeed. We were thrilled to welcome him to our #IngredientsForSuccess judges panel this year.
