Made it thru the night after getting my booster and flu shot yesterday. So far no side effects, but I’ve been downing Ibproheun like a champ.

I’m gonna lie…I felt ‘off’ during my first show at Frozen yesterday, but then as my shift went on I started to feel fine. I’m just glad I can enjoy the holidays without having to worry all the time. #boostershot

Also….guess who’s going on a free cruise in 32 days.

I went to a fully vaccinated event last night. I pushed thru my anxiety and took my mask halfway thru the night. It’s definitely going to be a process getting used to not wearing it in safe environments. Anyone else having issues with this?

I’m trying so hard to get these last 10 lbs of my COVID weight gain off. But it’s so damn hard! My body just wants to stay here for some reason. Oh well! I’m gonna keep trucking along.

After 10 years of putting it off due to work or fear, I finally signed up to get my personal training certification thru NASM ! I’m going to start my online courses tomorrow. 💪🏾💪🏾

It’s officially Thanksgiving week! I’m mostly thankful that I made it thru 2020 in one piece. 🙌🏾

Yesterday I witnessed a fight in the parking lot, people swarming my cart of herbs like vultures and customers yelling at us bc we are out of certain products. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. 😂😂😂🤷🏾‍♀️

You know you had a great Thanksgiving when you wake up exhausted the next day. I worked out, watched the parade, performed at Disney, ate some delicious food, drank some wine and ended my night crying in my bed from being single during the holidays. I’m tired.

The new variant shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. We will most likely be in this pandemic for years. Sad, but true. Get vaccinated, continue to wear your mask, wash your hands and enjoy your holiday season. We have to find our ‘new normal’ while still being cautious.
